Exceptional hardwood floors in the San Francisco Bay Area

Geo delivered beyond my expectations. First, he was very responsive to my email request for a quote consult through his website. He arrived promptly at the appointment time and patiently walked through a couple options to repair a blemished spot in my hardwood floor. His pricing was incredibly competitive and reasonable. He and his coworker paid great attention to detail during the repair and was very respectful of people working from home while he worked on the floor. Initially we reached out to Gio to install a laminate "wood grain" floor in our kitchen. He suggested that we look into installing real hardwood floors, as we have real hardwood throughout the rest of our home. We never thought we could afford to install real hardwood and none of the other flooring professionals had suggested this. However, not only was Gio's the best quote we received, it was actually much better priced for real wood flooring than the laminate we were quoted on by 2 other flooring professionals. Gio was referred to us by our contractor to redo our floors which were in dire need of a refinishing and resurfacing due to their outdated "golden hue" and worn-out-ness from over 20 years of wear and tear. He came to give an estimate and guided me how to make them look like "new floors." His quote was very fair and he advised me that the entire process would take about 5 days as he was going to remove all evidence of prior stain and correct blemishes and flaws before applying a water based sealer and then two water based coats of the new stain. Like the other reviews, he was professional, easy to work with, and very attentive to our desires. When he asked what look I was going for, I said neutral. He then guided me to this neutral matte stain that looks absolutely gorgeous and achieved the goal of making the oak floor look like a brand new and current floor. The work was done in 5 days, as promised. I would absolutely call him again to redo another floor or install flooring.
